Port of departure and arrival:
The ferry departure port is Porto S. Stefano (municipality of Monte Argentario), and the crossing takes about 1 hour. The hotel is located in Giglio Campese, about 9 km from Giglio Porto (the island’s arrival port).
Nearest railway station:
The nearest train station is Orbetello–Monte Argentario, which is connected to the ferry port by a bus line.
If you arrive by train, we recommend getting to the station at least one hour before the ferry departure, even though the bus ride to the port is under 20 minutes.
By car:
From Rome: Follow the SS1 Aurelia highway north to Orbetello, then turn off for Porto S. Stefano. From Florence: Drive toward Siena and then Grosseto. From Grosseto, take the SS1 Aurelia south and exit at Albinia for Porto S. Stefano.
From the northwest (Liguria and Piedmont): Take the A12 highway (Genova–Rosignano), then at Rosignano join the SS1 Aurelia south and exit at Albinia for Porto S. Stefano.
